How we work
Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager, who heads up the project on-site from beginning to end. This enables us to provide the "small company" benefit of close attention to each individual project, while also offering the "large company" benefit of experienced management. We operate with a high degree of professionalism, ethics, and customer service, while employing a team of skilled professionals who share our standards of excellence.
Whether you choose to use your own designer or architect or you prefer to work with one of our trusted resources, our talented and knowledgeable staff is committed to giving you the best possible experience.
Our in-house capabilities include design. We are affiliated with some of the best New York designers and architects who can design and develop any type of project, from kitchen and bath remodeling to additions, space planning or gut renovation projects.
If you already have your own designer or architect, we will work with them to make your project a success. In fact, about half of our work is designed by outside designers. We love being inspired by the ideas of architects and designers, but please note that in such cases, we prefer to be involved early in the project so that we can consult on design and cost, in order to keep the project on track.
